F.A.Q.
FAQ
Q. What is a Kettlebell?
A. It’s an old Russian training tool. It looks like a cannonball with a handle. Similar to our logo.
Q. What size should I get?
A. Women of average strength should start with 8kg / 18lb. Men of average strength should start with a 16kg / 35lb. If you are stronger, you may need to increase the weight of the bell.
Q. I’m a woman and I don’t want to get bulky!
A. You won’t.
Q. I’m out of shape and overweight. Should I participate?
A. Of course! Come out and have fun. Focus on your performance and the results will come.
Q. Why are your classes “donation” based?
A. Some people are not as fortunate as others and they can’t afford the price of a Kettlebell class. I have no idea what each person donates (nor does anyone else), donate as you feel comfortable.
Q. What should I bring?
A. Water, and lots of it, energy is always good too. If you have your own bell, please feel free to bring it. However I do provide bells for those coming out.
Q. Do you offer personal training?
A. Yes! For information please send me an e-mail.
See you at class!
