<strong>A.</strong></span> <span style="color: #000000;"> Women of <em>average</em> strength should start with 8kg / 18lb. Men of  <em>average</em> strength should start with a 16kg / 35lb. <em>If</em> you are stronger, you may need to increase the weight of the bell.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Q. I’m a woman and I don’t want to get bulky!</strong><br />
<strong>A.</strong></span> <span style="color: #000000;"> You won’t.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Q. I’m out of shape and overweight. Should I participate?</strong><br />
<strong>A.</strong></span> <span style="color: #000000;"> Of course! Come out and have fun. Focus on your performance  and the results will come.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Q. Why are your classes “donation” based?</strong><br />
<strong>A.</strong></span> <span style="color: #000000;"> Some people are not as fortunate as others and they can’t  afford the price of a Kettlebell class. I have no idea what each person donates (nor does anyone else), donate as you feel comfortable.</span></p>
<p><strong>Q. What should I bring?<br />
A. </strong>Water, and lots of it, energy is always good too. If you have your own bell, please feel free to bring it. However I do provide bells for those coming out.<strong> </strong></p>
